Why does light shine out of a human's eyes?can mankind find salvation in creating a living being?

It's not 'light' that shines from people's eyes, it's 'life'. To answser the second part of your question one would have to assume Human Beings need saving in the first place, which I do not believe is the case. However Humans, like all animals, have the power to create life within them so it's a moot point really as it's part of their nature and should not be prevented.
