Think of four things you smile, (anything) and picture them at the four corners of a big square on a pastel background (colour of your choice). Clear the immediate area of any distractions (e.g. turn off phone/television etc) sit or lie down in the most comfortable position you can, close your eyes and concentrate on breathing and one of the four objects. Breathe in slowly %26amp; count to a comfortable number e.g. 5 while doing so. Hold it for a second and breathe out just as slowly - don't rush. When your mind starts to wander or bore of the first object, allow it to drift across to look at the second object etc. Think about nothing but the square and one of the four objects. Continue breathing and moving from corner to corner of the square. Do this at least 10 times - or however long you need - when you open your eyes again (if you've not drifted off to sleep), it's almost guaranteed you'll forget how many times you've done it and how much time has passed but you won't care. Involve aromatherapy or soft music as well if desired.Creating a Relaxing Atmosphere?
sit in a tub with candles. and get off the computer, it makes people stressed
Get in a hot bath with a candle with a scent you like and watch your favorite TV show! Hope you feel relaxed!
Turn the lights down low and put some classical music on. This always works for me.
I also light some candles and put some essential oils into a burner.
Absolute bliss.
