If so, can anything be created on your own computer rather than having to be online?With creating clothes/avatars/avatar parts and accessories in second life...?
If you have clothing templates you can create clothing from the computer while not being on SL. You would have to be on SL to see how they looked on an avatar though.
Anything that has to do with prims though you do have to be logged in to create.
